Step 1: Contact form
Fill out the form on the left so I can get to know you a little better.
Step 2: FREE discovery call
Within 48 hours I’ll get back to you to set up a call when we talk about the scope of the project in more detail.
Step 3: Proposal
Following the call, I’ll email a proposal that states the project description, details, investment, and deadline.
Step 4: Paperwork
Once we’re on the same page I’ll send over a contract for you to sign and a deposit invoice.
This will be 50% of the whole project cost or 50% of the first month for ongoing projects.
Step 5: Kick-off
Then it’s time to dive into the ins and outs of your business, projects and services, and brand voice.
I will send over a kick-off questionnaire and it’s helpful if you can send over any brand guidelines and customer personas at this point too.
Step 6: Copy
I write within Google Docs to help speed up the editing process. When a first draft is ready, I will send the appropriate permissions to you and your team members.
Leave comments within the document and I'll make any edits within 48 hours.
I'll invoice upon approval.
Step 7: Feedback
I aim to create the copy and content that encapsulates everything you're after, therefore your feedback is much appreciated!
